Infrastructure Endpoint Engineer

  • Design and implementation of Azure infrastructure including endpoint management solutions using Intune / MECM / SCCM, or co-management.
  • Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Windows 11 SOE creation and deployment.
  • Application packaging and deployment.
  • Design and implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Microsoft 365 security and compliance configurations, including Microsoft 365 Defender.
  • Acronis Cyber Protection implementation.
  • Project based work implementing solution designs, documentation, including high-level design, detailed design, as-built, and user guides.
  • Mentor team members to ensure uplift of skills.

Network Engineer

  • Design, install and support network infrastructure.
  • Experience in HPE Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Extreme, Fortinet and Cambium networking equipment.
  • Provide guidance to customers for network uplift and continual improvement.
  • Network optimisation and testing.
  • Wireless Access Point design and implementation.

IT Service Management (ITSM) Lead

  • Experience in designing and implementing ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
  • Understanding ITIL processes and providing train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Provide solutions for continual improvement to ensure customers are receiving highest return on investment in their ITSM platforms.

Freshworks Implementer

  • Design, develop and implement:
    • Freshservice
    • Freshdesk
    • Customer Service Suite (CSS)
    • Freshsales
  • Integrate directory sources such as Azure AD or Okta.
  • Configure Service Portals for customer self-service capabilities.
  • Create email notifications.

IT Service Support Specialist

  • Work on level 1 and level 2 support tasks for customers.
  • Understand Azure AD and Active Directory services.
  • Support Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Package and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune of SCCM/MECM.
  • Deploy monthly software updates.
  • Acronis Cyber Protection backup services.
  • Site visits for onsite support.
  • Knowledge in LastPass.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow and Jira.
